Pro-bis.com, the first bespoke web based sales management and CRM solution designed for the property industry said that in a survey of UK and international property developers and real estate agents, 70 per cent felt that their agents’ time selling could be improved by more than 20 per cent. With a startling 30 percent of respondents saying they felt that selling could be improved by up to 50 percent.
According to those surveyed, 66 per cent still use telephone, email or post to follow-up leads rather than relying on their customer relationship system to directly distribute leads around to the sales team, 50 percent check whether staff are effectively following up sales leads in meetings rather than using tracking and reporting systems and a staggering 40 per cent still use paper files or Excel spreadsheets to keep track of reservation dates.
