Probis is a web hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application - thus no need for additional software or hardware to be installed. You have access to your valuable data 24/7 anywhere in the world. If you have access to a computer with an Internet connection you have access to your data.

Probis is a eCRM/Sales Relationship and Management tool, dedicated for the overseas property industry, equally capable of being applied in conventional Property businesses.

It handles partner/agent details easily and allows for multiple security levels. Allows managers to have access to their sales staff details in an instant allowing a pro-active support role within the business. Sales staff have access to their reminders, customer and sales history in one single screen. Powerful search capabilities allow for matching a client with property and vice-a-versa. Send and attach e-mails within in the system without using third party software like Outlook. Benefit from regular updates and from one single fee. We don't believe in charging you for different modules.

How much does it cost?

We charge a standard fee of £83 per user per month paid quarterly in advance. We do offer a discounted amount based on higher volume of user-numbers. Please consult one of our Account Managers.

How long does it take to setup my company?

It takes less than an hour to set your company up, provided we were supplied with the relevant information which you get when you sign-up. We are able to import your current data, chargeable at an hourly rate, naturally this depends on the complexity of the data migration. Please consult one of our Account Managers.

How many users can sign-up?

Probis allows for an unlimited number of users to be signed-up.

What about the security of client's data?

Security is of utmost importance to us, hence we applied a number of security measures to protect the data in our care. Firstly, we employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - the same that financial institutions (i.e. banks) and other data sensitive companies use. Secondly, we use a highly secured data centre in the UK with all the latest security tools and hardware to ensure privacy. Finally, each of our customer data is stored in a separate database.
