Description:
Training Manager required by a dynamic CRM software provider in London. Recognized management or training qualifications would be advantageous as would a software background, although this is not absolutely necessary for this vacancy. Office based, near Putney Bridge, this Training Manager role is broken into 2 main parts; process management (ensuring team is ready for post sales activities etc) and more importantly people management (ensuring all are happy, have the tools to do the job and comply with the companies. processes and procedures etc).
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing comprehensive training materials
- Perform training to new clients
- Provide 1st line support to clients
- Keeping up to date with new developments on Probis hosted solution
- Develop new sales for Probis hosted solution
- Maintain and promote client relationships on regular basis
Required skills / Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in software training specially CRM solutions
- Solution finder and positive attitude
- Energetic / Proactive
- Quick learner
- Persistent / Consistent
- Bachelor’s degree
