Property Agents are wasting valuable Time & Leads

Web based sales management and CRM specialist Pro-bis.com recently conducted a survey of UK and international property developers and real estate agents to determine whether time selling could be improved. It found that 70% thought their agents' time selling could be improved by more than 20%, and 30% of respondents said it could be improved by up to 50%.

According to those surveyed, 66% still use telephone, email or post to follow-up leads rather than relying on their customer relationship system to directly distribute leads around to the sales team. Only 50% check whether staff are effectively following up sales leads in meetings rather than using tracking and reporting systems and 40% still use paper files or Excel spreadsheets to keep track of reservation dates.

"This is an indication that the industry is not working to its full potential and using out-dated and inefficient methods of managing sales leads," said Jameel Golding, co-founder and chief-architect of Probis Property CRM. "The results suggest that property developers and real estate agents could improve their time selling by between 20%-50% which represents a significant increase in potential income. This is a figure that cannot be ignored.
